| Spaghetti Dinner hosted by the Youth Sunday, September 14, Immediately following Morning Worship Service, the youth will host a spaghetti dinner to raise money to cover the cost of their Spiritual Retreat scheduled for October 25-27. Everyone is invited to attend. The cost of the dinner will be by donation. If you can help provide items for the dinner contact Robert. | Secret Sisters The profile sheets are on the Secret Sisters table. You must complete and return a profile sheet to become a part of the Secret Sisters for 2008-2009 church year!! This includes those who have previously participated. Ladies you don't want to miss out on the fun, so be sure to fill out a profile sheet and return to church office by Sunday, August 31. |
| Revival Prayer Meetings There will be opportunities for everyone to be a part of Revival Prayer Meetings. Below is a list of places and times of each Prayer Meeting. Saturday, September 6, community prayer walk, time to be decided. Tuesday, September 9, home of Billy & Natalie Cooper 7pm home of Shirley Parker 7 pm Thursday, September 11, home of John & Angie Johnson 7 pm home of Robert & Jeanette Patterson 7 pm Saturday, September 13, church 7 pm- midnight. This prayer meeting will be the luminary prayer walking. Individuals will sign up to prayer walk for a half hour concerning one of six different areas: Pastor, Nation, Lost, Revival, Schools, Your prayer requests. You may submit your prayer requests through the Prayer Page or through the church. |
| Blood Drive The church will be sponsoring a Blood Drive out here at the church on Monday, September 29, from 3p.m.-8p.m. Tell your neighbors, friend, co-workers, to come out and help us reach our goal of 25 units. Following are some of the requirements for giving blood: Must be healthy, meaning feel well and can perform normal activities, be at least 17 years of age, weigh 110lbs or more. Can not have given whole blood in the last 56 days or double red cells in the last 112 days. |
